ESA Films were commissioned to create a thought-provokingand sensitive reportage / promotional film that underpinned Her Holiness ShinsoIto’s first ever visit to the UK. Seen as the spiritual leader of Shinnyo-en,Her Holiness made the trip from Japan to conduct a lantern lighting ceremony as well as attend lots of other activities throughout the day. ESA Films were trusted to create a film that would serve as a poignant reminder of a very important day in the Buddhist calendar.
