Consultants, stuffy men in suits? Not at North Highland. North Highland pride themselves in being different and they wanted to create a film to show this. The film needed to show clients why they were a great company to work with and potential recruits why it is a great company to work for.
Using a large number of mini interviews with staff members we were able to create a rich tapestry of sound bites about the company. The wealth of voices included junior staff members as well as senior people to ensure democracy of opinion. Using film lenses and visual textures gave the interviews polish and style to reflect on the young companies dynamic.
