Insurance claims teams can seem distant and impersonal, ACE wanted to change that. In order to show how they approach claims as human rather than machines we created a film that introduced us to the different members of the team and saw them go about their daily work lives.
We used film lenses to give a very shallow depth of field mixed with creative angles and visual textures. The combined film gave a new perspective on claims and bought the humanity of the team to the fore.
